All I really need to know about how to live and what to do and how to be I learned on OurStage. So, here are a few things I learned:

I hope you like the video clips (Extreme Juggling, Shaolin The Night - Trailer, and Shanghai 6 Trailer) I featured on the Spam show today. I had so much fun making this episode. We laughed so hard when I was flexing my muscles!
