Monday - June 25, 2007: BIG Film Industry Mixer

Monday, June 25th, 2007

So…what did you do this past weekend?

Well, I went to one of the biggest film industry parties on Saturday in Connecticut; rubbing elbows with some well-regarded directors, producers, and other movers and shakers in the industry. There were several interesting interviews with speakers such as: Phil Hall - Writer, Film Threat and Corey Boutilier - Director, Indiefilm.com. Also, in the mix were some great live musical performances, delectable foods, great wine, and a keg (a big party hit). I had a fabulous time mingling with the crowd and can’t wait to attend the next one, which will be in 2008 (it’s worth the wait). Below are some photos from that night.

Kevin Anderton from Midnight Chimes Productions wore the hippest T-shirt that’s ever made!

Safa, Steve, and Lindsay are the major players at beanywood.com.

And here are some people I didn’t get to meet, maybe next time…

(A beautiful song for a beautiful summer day. Check out Quinn’s blog for the 60 Second Spotlight interview with Chris.)
